Piggie and Elephant Theater Club
Ages 7-8 (1st and 2nd grade)
Children can increase their reading skills by acting out Piggy and Elephant books in a fun and creative manner.
Objectives
Increase children’s children’s skills in: reading fluency and comprehension, oral communication, and critical thinking.
Increase children’s interest in reading in English, Spanish and other languages.
Increase a sense of belonging by making friends with other children in their school.
